Leo Schlossmacher is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in leading technical teams and project management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager II at Back Market since February 2022, Leo previously held various leadership roles at Architrave GmbH, where responsibilities included managing teams of engineers, coordinating technical decisions, and contributing to strategic planning. Leo's expertise spans multiple technologies such as TypeScript, React, and Python, and includes initiating training programs and refining development workflows.
