Edmundo Onas has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Back of The House, Inc., Edmundo has held multiple positions within Super Duper Burgers, including Director of Operations and District Manager. Previous experience includes roles as General Manager at Pasta Pomodoro, Inc. and Perkins & Marie Callendars, Inc., as well as owning Louanne's Bistro. Edmundo began a career at McDonald's Corporation as a General Manager before advancing in various managerial roles at Pasta Pomodoro, Inc. Edmundo has pursued education in Management at Truckee Meadows Community College and studied Computer Science at the University of Nevada, Reno.
