Back on My Feet
Ayako S. currently serves as the Associate Director of the Mayor’s Youth Employment & Education Program at JCYC, where the focus is on providing job readiness training and support to over 1,000 San Francisco high school students annually. In addition, Ayako is a core team member with We Run Long, an organization advocating for inclusivity in trail running, and an ambassador for Run 4 All Women, empowering women through fitness. Leadership is also demonstrated in the role of lead for the Anti-Racist Run Club, which promotes social change through running. Ayako holds an advisory board position with Back on My Feet, supporting homelessness initiatives, and previously operated as Director at Financial Architects Partners, overseeing West Coast business operations and client management. Early career experience includes founding roles with Girls on the Run of the Bay Area, contributing to the empowerment of young girls, and positions at Sun Life Financial. Ayako earned a B.A. in International Relations with a focus on International Finance from Tufts University.
