Illah Schalles

Illah Schalles has a diverse work experience. Illah started their career at Industrial Metal Finishing, Inc in 2005, where they served as a Document Control & Validations Coordinator for over ten years. In 2016, they transitioned to Back on My Feet, a non-profit organization. Illah began as a Program Coordinator and worked in various roles within the organization, including Member Services Coordinator, Member Services Manager, Program Director, Regional Program Director, and most recently, Senior Director of Program Implementation, which they took on in May 2021. Throughout their time at Back on My Feet, Illah has been responsible for providing support and services to program members, managing volunteers, coordinating media opportunities, and tracking program outcomes. Illah has also been involved in strategic planning, building partnerships, and managing program staff.

Illah Schalles completed their education history starting with a Bachelor's of Arts degree with Summa Cum Laude honors in Psychology from Arizona State University. Illah attended the university from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they studied English Language and Literature, General at UC Irvine from 2000 to 2001, although no degree was mentioned. Furthermore, Schalles obtained additional certifications such as being an Asana Ambassador from Asana in January 2022 and completing a course on Leading Yourself from LinkedIn in May 2020.
