Jeni Bell leads Broadband growth efforts as the SVP of Broadband Sales & Marketing for AT&T Communications. Jeni comes most recently from WarnerMedia, having headed up Corporate Synergy across WarnerMedia and AT&T’s family of companies. In this role, Bell led cross-enterprise teams through a collaborative operating model in pursuit of revenue and subscriber growth.
Bell brings two decades of analytical, operating and creative experience across nine territories within AT&T. Prior to Corporate Synergy, she focused on long-term strategies for AT&T Communications’ portfolio of businesses in Corporate Strategy.
She previously led the AT&T Communications Company’s mobility and entertainment operations in both Northern California/Nevada as well as the Rocky Mountain Region. In her capacity as General Manager, Bell led large teams to overall performance along with business development, multi-channel revenue growth, cost transformation, capital prioritization, audience analytics and segment marketing, and ultimately market share.
Bell developed the company’s six-year operating plan in a prior role as AT&T Mobility’s Chief of Staff after she launched new LTE markets and mobility rate plans nationwide in a Marketing Operations capacity focusing on new technology. Bell designed the experience for the company’s first flagship retail store in Chicago, launching the Michigan Avenue store in a regional marketing leadership role. Bell began her career working in design and publishing in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Bell holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication and an MBA. She currently serves as a director on the national board of Back on My Feet. Bell seeks adventure and enjoys extreme sports with her husband Mike, as well as less extreme sports with their two children Ivy and Orion. The Bell family resides in Dallas, Texas.
