Emily Callaway

Emily Callaway has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Emily started their career as a Digital Marketing Consultant at Nitro Circus in 2015. Emily then moved on to Strategic Executives Agency, where they served as an Executive Sourcer before being promoted to Director of Project Management and Recruitment. During their time at the agency, they handled all recruiting initiatives and developed strong client relationships. In 2017, Emily founded their own company, Your Search Guru, where they worked as a Search and Recruitment Consultant. Currently, they are at Backstage, where they have held the positions of Recruiting Lead and is now the Director of Recruiting.

Emily Callaway has a Bachelor's Degree from New York University. Their degree is in English Language and Literature/Letters with a specialization in Creative Writing. Additionally, they attended Emory University where they took summer classes that applied towards their English Literature and Language degree at NYU.
