Dain Jepson is an experienced leader in ministry and organizational development, currently serving as the Owner's Representative at Back2Back Ministries since January 2024. Prior to this role, Dain held the position of Executive Pastor at Montgomery Community Church from April 2019 to December 2023, where Dain provided strategic direction across various ministries. Dain previously worked at Peninsula Covenant Church from 2009 to 2018, first as Pastor of Organizational Development, overseeing finance, operations, and human resources, and later as Family Pastor, focusing on the spiritual development of children and families. Dain's career in ministry began at Back2Back Ministries, where Dain served as Executive Director from 2000 to 2009, contributing to international orphan care efforts. Dain holds a Master of Science in Educational Administration from National University and a Bachelor of Arts from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
