Aleh Pachtovy

Aleh Pachtovy is a Senior iOS Engineer at Backbase, specializing in fintech software development for banking applications since October 2022. With extensive experience in decision-making on project architecture, Aleh has designed and developed new modules using SwiftUI and the Combine framework, contributed to significant transitions in architecture to improve development efficiency, and emphasized clean coding practices through Unit testing and integrated tools such as SwiftLint. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at EPAM Systems, where Aleh worked on a large-scale application for an international airline, and Team Lead iOS Developer at System Technologies, managing a team of developers while enhancing maintainability and implementing CI/CD workflows. Aleh began a career in iOS development at Mobexs and has a Bachelor's degree in Radiophysics from Belarusian State University.
