Natalia Saranti

Natalia Saranti is a Senior Agile Coach at Backbase since December 2023, previously holding the position of Senior Scrum Master at the same company from March 2022. Natalia has extensive experience in training and development, serving as a Soft Skills Trainer for the EESTEC Training Team from March 2015 to February 2021, where training was delivered to over 400 young individuals across 10 European countries. Natalia also held leadership roles within EESTEC, including Chairwoman from August 2017 to August 2018, focusing on the association's strategic planning and operational management. Additionally, prior experience includes roles as a Scrum Master at TomTom and felyx, and various project management positions. Education includes a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras.
