Rachna Singh is an experienced project and delivery manager with a strong background in stakeholder management and execution of complex projects across various organizations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and a Delivery Manager at Backbase, Rachna has previously held significant roles at the State of Michigan as an Agile Coach Scrum Master, at Ford Motor Company as a Project Manager, and at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan as a Testing Manager.
