Richard Judge

Richard Judge is a seasoned UX Designer with extensive experience in the design field. Currently serving as a Senior UX Designer at Backbase since April 2022, Richard is responsible for enhancing user experience for employee-facing products in the banking sector. Prior to this role, Richard worked as a Product Designer at Workhuman, focusing on the Reporting and Integrations capabilities of an employee recognition platform. Richard's career also includes positions such as Associate Product Designer at Express Empire, Digital Designer at Minted, and customer service roles at Vhi Healthcare. Richard launched a professional journey as a Product Design Intern at Futura Design. Richard holds a Bachelor's Degree in Product Design, Marketing & Innovation from Maynooth University, completed in 2013.
