Ben Rosenberg

Ben Rosenberg is a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer currently at Backblaze since August 2021, with extensive experience in Linux system administration spanning over two decades. Prior to Backblaze, Ben worked at Adobe from June 2012 to August 2021, serving as an authoritative SRE and orchestrating significant improvements in email server security. Earlier roles include Senior UNIX/Linux Administrator and Platform Architect at Ecommerce Accelerator, where Ben designed and deployed Linux server clusters, and Sr. Linux Administrator and Platform Architect at XO Communications, where a focus on multi-datacenter network projects was achieved. Ben began a career in Linux infrastructure as an administrator with the openSUSE Project between 2000 and 2001. Educationally, Ben holds an Associate's Degree in General Education from St. Louis Community College, with an emphasis on history.
