Charles Lozner has extensive experience in various roles in the marketing and digital media industry. Charles started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard Freres & Co., where they conducted research on internet and e-business software companies. Charles then moved on to Manchester Management, working as an Equity Research Analyst, conducting fundamental research on companies and industries.
In 2003, Lozner joined Trak Sports USA, Inc., initially as a Product and Marketing Manager, where they managed the product lifecycle for Nordic and Telemark skis. Charles eventually became the General Manager, responsible for sales, marketing, and product development for the Karhu and LINE ski brands. Charles was also directly involved in the sale of Trak Sports to K2 Sports.
Lozner then joined K2 Sports as the Global Brand Director for several brands, including Tubbs Snowshoes, Atlas Snow-Shoe Co, Karhu Skis, and Madshus USA. Charles developed global brand strategies, communicated brand position and strategies, and ensured the profitability of various product lines.
In 2009, Lozner became the Director of Marketing at Outdoor Research, where they led brand marketing and e-commerce marketing efforts. Charles managed a team and was responsible for driving long-term growth and customer satisfaction through online channels.
In 2015, Lozner took on the role of Marketing Advisor at Vantage Robotics and later became a Partner and VP of Digital Media at Backbone Media, LLC. Charles currently holds the position of Partner and Senior Advisor at KAR Direct, where they focus on growing online stores and gaining new customers.

Charles Lozner attended Phillips Exeter Academy from 1992 to 1995. Charles then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and Geophysics at Yale University from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Charles also obtained a certification as a Prof G Certified Strategist from Section4 in 2020.
