ILSE JIMENEZ PINEDA

Ilse Jimenez Pineda has worked in various roles since 2014. ILSE began their career as a Coordinadora de Ventas at AKSI Herramientas, S.A. de C.V. where they were responsible for selecting vendors for their team, providing training, and managing the delivery of materials. In 2017, they moved to Restaurantes TOKS as a Coordinadora de Selección de Personal. In 2018, they worked as an Especialista de Selección de Personal at Marriott Hotels and as a Gestión de Recursos Humanos and Reclutador at TEMISA. In 2019, they joined Xperiencia Laboral as an IT Recruiter and Especialista en Talento. Currently, Ilse is a Tech Recruiter at Backbone Systems.

Ilse Jimenez Pineda is currently pursuing a degree in Psicología Organizacional from UTEL Universidad, which they began in 2020 and is expected to complete by 2022. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Gestión del Talento Humano from Coursera in January 2020.
