Hallie Rowland

Hallie Rowland is a skilled professional in the fashion industry, currently serving as an Assistant Buyer for Footwear at Backcountry since October 2023. Rowland gained valuable experience as a Retail Leadership Intern at EVEREVE during the summer of 2023, where training included leadership, buying, and inventory management. Previous roles include an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant in Apparel Product Development at Virginia Tech in Fall 2022 and a retail sales and social media intern at Quinn from June 2021 to January 2022. Rowland's earliest experience involved working as a Community Assistant at UMI Communities in 2020. Rowland holds a B.S. in Apparel, Housing, and Resource Management with a focus on Fashion Merchandising and Design from Virginia Tech, completed in May 2023.
