Joe Torreano

Joseph Torreano is an experienced professional in product management and customer experience, currently serving as Senior Product Manager for Strategic Initiatives at Backcountry since December 2015. In this role, Joseph focuses on enhancing customer experiences across post-purchase and returns processes, as well as improving interactions with customer service representatives. Previously, Joseph held roles including Customer Retention Product Manager and Customer Care Product Manager, where responsibilities included product development to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall satisfaction. Before joining Backcountry, Joseph worked as a Sales Representative for GORE BIKE WEAR® and GORE RUNNING WEAR®, and as a Mobile Tour Manager for GORE® at hawkeye. Joseph’s early career includes positions as a Concierge and Bellman at luxury resorts. Joseph holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Utah.
