Anna Walsemann-Alletti has held various roles in the customer service and hospitality industries since 2008. Anna began their career at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Sales & Service Associate for the German/European Market. Anna then moved up to Customer Experience Management/Ambassador Services, Supervisor, Quality Control Liaison between CEM/Ambassador Service & Customer Service, and Customer Experience Management - Account Manager. In 2015, they began working at Offworld Games as a Campaign Manager, overseeing all aspects of the campaign including day-to-day operations and campaign budget. Anna also began working at BackerKit in 2015, holding roles as Head of Customer Success & Support, Lead - Customer Success, and Customer Success Manager.

Anna Walsemann-Alletti completed a Bachelor Degree of Business in Management (Part-Time) from Munster Technological University between 2013 and 2014, with a field of study in Business Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Business (Higher Certificate) (Part-Time) from Munster Technological University between 2011 and 2013, with a field of study in Business Studies. Additionally, they are a LifeLabs Learning Founding Community Member, obtained in July 2022.
