Sarah Mei

Sarah Mei has over 19 years of experience in the software engineering industry. Sarah began their career as an Independent Consultant in 2002 and then moved to Colorful Expressions in 2006 as a Software Engineer. In 2008, they joined LookSmart as a Senior Software Engineer and then Pivotal Labs in 2010 as a Software Engineer. In 2009, Sarah founded two organizations, RailsBridge and SF Ruby Meetup, and they served as an Organizer for the SF Ruby Meetup. In 2013, they founded Ministry of Velocity. From 2014 to 2017, Sarah worked at DevMynd as Chief Architecture Officer and Chief Consultant. Since 2017, they have been working at Salesforce as a Software Architect, Design Systems. In 2021, Sarah joined BackerKit as Lead Software Developer.

Sarah Mei attended UC San Diego from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
