Erin Hawkins has extensive experience in clinic operations and customer service roles, currently serving as the Clinic Operations Manager at BackFit Health + Spine since July 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing staff, managing payroll, handling insurance and billing, patient interactions, and office administration. Additional experience includes roles as an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay Inc. and as Office Manager for Absolute Physical Therapy Inc., where Erin managed clinic operations and billing. Furthermore, Erin has held various positions in retail, including sales associate roles at Aerie by American Eagle and Pier One Imports, as well as serving as a Physical Therapy Aide at Sanford Health and an Office Assistant at the University of Sioux Falls. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Sioux Falls.
