Megan Wilkens possesses extensive experience in customer operations, account management, and logistics. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Backhaul Direct since August 2022, Megan has also held roles as an Account Coordinator and Customer Operations Representative within the same company. Prior to this, Megan worked as a Tow Truck Dispatcher at Last Chance Wrecker from February 2021 to July 2022 and as a Delivery Driver for Amazon from September 2020 to February 2021. Earlier professional experience includes a position as a 911 Operator at the Marion County Sheriff's Office from September 2019 to September 2020. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Indianapolis, completed in May 2019.
