Joni Swinson, PMP

Joni Swinson, PMP has over 15 years of experience in project management. Joni began their career in 2003 as a Customer Service Advisor at Frontier Communications, where they were responsible for system design and database as well as end user/station training, customer maintenance and retention after a system sale, as well as upselling, and Initial Bill Verifications. In 2007, they moved to Labree Communications as a Project Manager. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Frontier Communications again as a Project Manager, Wireless, where they managed the project management of wireless data network implementations, such as scheduling, coordination of various departments and work teams, quality assurance, budget management and procurement, and problem solving. In 2018, they moved to Backhaul Engineering LLC as a Senior Program Manager.

Joni Swinson holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Emory & Henry College. Joni also holds a Proxim Systems Configuration certification from Proxim, obtained in 2010, and a Project Management Professional certification from PMI.
