Ben Studer

Ben Studer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical account management and customer success within the broadcasting and media technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Backlight since August 2021, Ben specializes in onboarding, training, and providing long-term technical guidance for strategic clients, including major broadcasters like BBC and Warner Bros. Discovery. Prior to Backlight, Ben founded and led the Customer Success Division at Imagen from Reuters, focusing on post-sales advisory and training. Previous roles include managing API support and project delivery for Broadcasters while working with HBS and various positions in video editing and post-production across multiple companies. Ben holds a BA (Hons) in Television Production from Bournemouth University.
