Brynn Sebring

Brynn Sebring currently serves as Chief of Staff at Backlight since April 2024, while also acting as a Strategic Consultant for justb since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Assistant at Mosaic Group from February 2022 to May 2024, and Director of Player Experience and Operations at Racing Louisville FC between January 2021 and January 2022. Brynn has extensive experience in soccer management with OL Reign from February 2017 to January 2021, holding the positions of Associate General Manager, Operations Manager, and Match Day Experience Manager. Earlier in the career, Brynn held various positions in program coordination and management at Outdoors for All Foundation, Common Ground Outdoor Adventures, and the National Sports Center for the Disabled. Brynn graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Lindenwood University in 2013 and participated in Semester at Sea in 2012.
