Emma Back

Emma Back has a diverse work experience history. Emma currently works as a Frontend Developer & Team Lead at Backlight Creative since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Frontend Developer at ftrack from December 2018 to December 2022. Emma also worked as a Developer at the School of Applied Technology (SALT) from September 2018 to January 2020. Before pursuing a career in technology, Emma gained experience as an HR Coordinator at Looklet AB from January 2018 to August 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Ants - Code at Heart from August 2016 to January 2018. Emma also participated in the Career Accelerator Programme (CAP) at HR On Demand Sweden AB from February 2016 to May 2016. Lastly, they worked as a Studentinformatör at Akademikerförbundet SSR from January 2015 to May 2015.

Emma Back studied at Umeå University from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Kandidatexamen degree in Personalvetenskap / Human Resource Management. Prior to that, they completed their Gymnasieexamen at Tibble Fristående Gymnasium from 2008 to 2011, focusing on World Wide Business.
