Michael A. Cheah

Michael A. Cheah is a Tech General Counsel currently serving as General Counsel at Backlight and as a member of the adjunct faculty at the University of Miami School of Law. They have held significant roles in various organizations, including serving as an Executive Advisor and Special Counsel at Vimeo and as Senior Litigation Counsel at IAC/InterActiveCorp. Previously, Michael worked as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell and Heller Ehrman from 2000 to 2006.
