Thomas Cranstoun is a multi-disciplinary Creative Director and Product Design Leader with over a decade of experience in scaling design teams, building brand and product systems, and launching impactful digital experiences. Currently a Principal Designer at Backlight, they have previously held leadership roles at Lunchbox, Mosaic, inKind, and Studio Tomou, where they drove initiatives in UX/UI design and brand coherence. Thomas’s expertise includes fluency in design tools such as Figma, Webflow, and Adobe CC, and they excel in collaborative environments that prioritize storytelling and product velocity. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from The University of Queensland.
