Thomas Menguy

Thomas Menguy is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software development and strategic leadership. Currently serving as CTO of Backlight Streaming since April 2022, Thomas previously co-founded Wildmoka in August 2013, where the role of CTO was undertaken. Between March 2011 and August 2013, Thomas led software development efforts as Software Development Director at Alcatel-Lucent, focusing on Agile transformations for a large R&D team. At Open-Plug, from October 2003 to March 2011, Thomas held multiple key positions, including CTO Office Director and Framework Team Leader, driving the company's shift to Agile methodologies and managing the development of cross-platform tools. Thomas's earlier career includes roles at Cadence Design Systems, Texas Instruments, and Iambic Software, culminating in a strong foundation in embedded software and product development. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Automatics and Computer Science from ISIA - Ecole nationale supérieure des Mines de Paris and another Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, and Maths from CentraleSupélec.
