Kaja Hartwell

Kaja Hartwell is a Trip Development Assistant at Backroads since November 2024, following a role as a Technical Sales Consultant at Miltenyi Biotec from September 2023 to October 2024. Previous experience includes an Account Manager I position and participation in a Sales Development Program at Thermo Fisher Scientific from July 2021 to January 2023. Kaja also worked as a Camp Counselor at New London Recreation Dept in 2020, a Food Server at Baker Hill Golf Club in 2018, and a Swim Instructor at New London Recreation Dept from 2015 to 2017. Kaja holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Vermont and has attended Connecticut College and Milton Academy, where a high school diploma was obtained.
