Lori Burt

Lori Burt has held a variety of roles in the past eight years. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Sales Associate at Seagull Book, where they created an uplifting environment by providing an individualized shopping experience and organized incoming inventory. From 2014 to 2016, they were an Intern at Utah Women's Walk, where they transcribed oral interviews, edited student papers, and assisted in their preparation for Utah Valley University archives. Finally, from 2016 to the present, they have worked at Backstage Library Works, where they have held the roles of Account Representative, Sales Support Specialist, Digitization Project Manager, Digitization Coordinator, and Digitization Technician.

Lori Burt has an educational history that includes a Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Utah Valley University, and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in History from Utah Valley University. Lori obtained their MLIS between 2018 and 2023, their B.A. between 2010 and 2014, and their A.S. between 2010 and 2013.
