Joy Hayes

Joy Hayes has been working in the industry for over 20 years. Joy began their career as an Educator for Orange County Public Schools in 1997. In 2004, they moved to GlaxoSmithKline as a Senior Sales Representative, where they were charged with increasing sales and growing volume/market share within one of the highest volume territories in the region. In 2009, they became an Education Division Sales Consultant for Herff Jones, where they were responsible for prospecting and developing new accounts, as well as, maintaining existing customer accounts. In 2014, they started working for XpoNet as a Client Relations Manager and then moved up to the role of Director of Sales and Business Development. In 2022, they began working at Backstage Networks as a Business Development.

Joy Hayes attended the University of South Florida from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching. Joy also attended Hillsborough Community College, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
