Deobrat Singh

Deobrat Singh has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Deobrat is the Co-Founder & CEO of Backstage.Army since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Owner at Meltwater from April 2018 to September 2019. Before joining Meltwater, Deobrat was the Senior Director, Business Engineering at Sysomos (acquired by Meltwater) from November 2016 to April 2018. Deobrat also has experience as a Co-founder & CEO at GazeMetrix (acquired by Sysomos) from January 2012 to November 2016. Deobrat's earlier roles include being a Senior Technology Officer at Nivio from February 2010 to December 2011, a Software Engineer - II at EA from June 2009 to February 2010, and an SDE at Microsoft from January 2007 to May 2009. Deobrat started their career as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies Ltd from June 2006 to October 2006, and as a System Analyst at TeamExcel Technologies from May 2005 to May 2006. Prior to that, they were a Co-founder and Principal Contributor at Infantors from December 2002 to February 2005. Throughout their career, Deobrat has demonstrated skills in leadership, product development, technology architecture, and collaboration.

Deobrat Singh completed their high school education from G.N. Khalsa Jr. College, where they pursued a degree in Science from 1999 to 2001. Following this, they joined the University of Mumbai in 2001 and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology.
