Rick Kahle

Rick Kahle has been in the business world for over 30 years. In 1988, they began working for Arthur J. Gallagher as an intern and eventually became an Area President. In 2001, they moved to Lockton Companies as a Producer/President and developed numerous relationships with colleagues, clients and vendor partners. In 2016, they became a Business Owner and Investor/Business Advisor. In 2019, they became the Co-Founder of Crux-Xcelerate and the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of backstitch.

Rick Kahle attended Rockhurst University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.).
