Stefanie Warzecha

Stefanie Warzecha has worked in the tech industry for over a decade. In 2007, they began their career as a Software Engineer at Balance Consulting, where they maintained and enhanced the company's core product for use in the 1099 tax process. Stefanie also optimized the application database and streamlined the user interface and reporting. In 2009, they served as a Software Development Consultant for Convey Compliance Systems, assisting in the acquisition process and communicating with the development team. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer at Oak Adaptive, building accounting systems for the dealer network of the world's largest construction equipment company. Finally, in 2012, they became Co-Founder & CTO of backstitch, a Techstars company that helps organizations get the right information to the right team members at the right time.

Stefanie Warzecha obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Mathematical Sciences from Lake Superior State University between 2003 and 2007.
