Lukasz Dusza

Lukasz Dusza has extensive work experience in various industries. Lukasz started their career as a Model at The Rock Agency, where they posed for photos and worked closely with photographers, stylists, and clients. Lukasz then worked as a Sales Team Member at Mapamundi Kids and as a Content Creator at The Scoop.

In 2019, Lukasz joined AllPeople as a Finance and Supply Chain Intern, where they focused on private label and market research. Lukasz later joined Noya Jibon as a Business Development Intern and eventually became the Director of Operations and Business Development.

In 2020, Lukasz gained experience as an Intern in Business Management Consulting at Spirit Consulting. Lukasz also worked as an Associate in Real Estate at Lakshmi Capital, where they assessed physical asset conditions and evaluated rent repositioning opportunities.

Additionally, Lukasz worked as a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Intern at Backstop Solutions Group, where they managed B2B operations and assisted in a merger and acquisition project.

In 2021, Lukasz joined Frontier Airlines as part of the Corporate Finance team, where they screened flight segments, conducted due diligence for a joint venture, and assisted in SEC filings. Lukasz also worked as an Internal Audit member at Zebra Technologies, performing audits and presenting an Innovation Project to the leadership team.

Throughout their career, Lukasz has demonstrated strong analytical, operational, and financial skills in various roles across different industries.

Lukasz Dusza began their education at St Blase Polish Catholic School in 2006 and completed their High School Diploma and Fluency Certificate from Poland, specializing in Polish Language, History, and Geography in 2018.

Following this, Lukasz attended Argo Community High School from 2014 to 2018, where they earned an Honors Diploma with an impressive 4.4/4.0 GPA.

Lukasz then pursued higher education at DePaul University from 2018 to 2022. At DePaul, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business (BSB) degree with a focus on Honors Finance and Real Estate, achieving a perfect 4.00 GPA.

Additionally, Lukasz obtained the Real Estate Broker certification from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in January 2021. In September 2020, they also completed the Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) certification offered by Bloomberg LP.
