Michelle Staeger

Michelle Staeger has extensive work experience in project management and client services. Michelle is currently working at Backstop Solutions Group as a Principal Project Manager, specializing in implementing SaaS solutions for clients in the alternative investment industry. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Project Manager at the same company.

Before joining Backstop Solutions Group, Michelle worked at SafetyChain Software as a Project Manager. Michelle also has experience at Morningstar, where they held various roles including Operations Analyst and Senior Client Services Representative. In these positions, they collaborated with different teams to improve processes and provide excellent customer service to financial advisors and broker dealers. Michelle also managed operational changes and had experience in project management and process improvement.

Earlier in their career, Michelle worked at Spectrum Global Fund Administration as an Investor Services Representative, where they developed and maintained relationships with fund managers and investors. Michelle also worked at JBS & Associates, Inc. as an Associate and at ADM as a Runner - CBOT.

Michelle Staeger attended DePaul University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
