Our Founder and CTO, Mark Ridley, has been developing software and services for large city banks since 1994 and established Backup Systems in 2005.

The company focuses exclusively on backup software, disaster recovery and data archiving.

Clients include Cancer Research, Typhoo Tea, NHS Trusts, Universities and many more household names. Do not hesitate to ask for client references.

Located in London and Edinburgh, we have petabytes of data under management both in the cloud and with our unique cross-site disaster recovery solution.

When you choose us, you can rest assured you are not dealing with a re-seller, vendor, or third-party product, but with expert system developers.

We have a high degree of control over functionality and product enhancements. We also have the ability to efficiently integrate our system with your existing infrastructure.

Our customers are happy to provide references on request and if you are unsure whether we can provide the services you require, give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.
