Pía Pardón

Pía Pardón is currently serving as the Talent Attraction & EVP Lead and has held the position of Graduate Management Trainee at Backus since August 2023, where responsibilities include project development in marketing, sales, logistics, and supply chain efficiency. Previously, Pía worked at LLYC from December 2022 to June 2023 as a Joven Talento in Special Projects and International Affairs, focusing on communication strategies for multinational clients and media relations. Earlier experience includes roles as a Junior Producer and Content Creator at Argos Producciones, a Production Intern, and customer service positions at Jakes on the Lake, Homewood Mountain Resort, and Granby Ranch. Pía holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Universidad de Lima, completed in December 2021.
