Camden Hanzlick-Burton has a diverse work experience in the education field. In 2021, they began working as the Associate Director of Onboarding and Coaching and Senior Manager of Professional Learning at Digital Promise. In 2018, they became the Lead Curriculum Developer at Backyard Brains, where they developed phenomenon-based neuroscience units aligned to NGSS and 3-dimensional learning, as well as facilitated ongoing teacher professional development. Camden Hanzlick-Burton received a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from The University of Kansas in 2012. Camden then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Biological Sciences from Mississippi State University in 2015. In 2016, they obtained a Washington Teaching Certificate in Secondary Biology from the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction.
