Aaron Tupman has extensive experience in facilities and operations management, currently serving as the Facilities and Operations Manager at Backyard Discovery since June 2022. Prior to this role, Aaron was the Plant Manager at AZZ Incorporated from January 2013 to June 2022. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Pittsburg State University, which was attained between 2003 and 2007.
