Darci Spear is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Backyard Discovery since February 2017, Darci previously held key positions as an Operations Analyst at GBW Railcar Services and as AOP Process Manager and Operations & Systems Analyst at Watco Companies LLC. Earlier career experience includes working as an Associate National Bank Examiner at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Darci holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Finance from Pittsburg State University and an Associate of Science degree from Neosho County Community College.
