Lisa Gronau

Lisa Gronau has extensive experience in product management and development. Lisa started their career at The Coleman Company, Inc. in 2001 as an Assistant Product Manager, eventually becoming a Product Manager for various product categories. During their time at Coleman, they were responsible for strategic planning, revenue growth, P&L management, and product development. Lisa also managed pricing, packaging, and line maintenance to optimize profitability and growth objectives. Lisa worked with global cross-functional teams, collaborated with suppliers, and presented to major retailers. Lisa then went on to work at Hadley Development, LLC as a Senior Product Manager, where they were responsible for strategic direction, revenue growth, product development, and pricing optimization of private label hunting apparel. Lisa also worked at Great Plains Industries, Inc. as a Sector (Product) Manager for fuel products, and at Viega LLC as a Product Manager for commercial copper press fittings. Lisa currently holds the position of Director of Product Management at Backyard Discovery/Leisure Time.
