Greg Woodward

Greg Woodward is a seasoned financial executive and board member, currently serving as the Audit Committee Chair for Vanderhall Motor Works, Inc. Since 2021, they have held various CFO roles, including at Sorenson Media and Banner Acquisition Corp., and have been involved with multiple organizations as a board member, such as INE and Everee. Woodward's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Utah Valley State College and a Master of Professional Accountancy with a focus on Taxation from the University of Utah. They also own several Harley-Davidson dealerships and have extensive experience in private equity and corporate finance.
