Björn Elgh

Björn Elgh has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. From 2023, they work as the Head of Research and Development at Bactiguard AB. Prior to that, they were the Director of Product Development at the same company from June to December 2023. Before joining Bactiguard AB, Björn was an Innovation Manager at Swedish Match from 2022 to 2023. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Dentsply Sirona, starting as a Technical Lead Product Developer, then progressing to become an Emerging Technology and Innovation Manager and later a Senior Project Manager. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Product Developer at Promimic. Beginning in 2008, Björn worked at Chalmers tekniska högskola as a PHD Student until 2013, and then as a Project Manager/Researcher from 2013 to 2015.

Björn Elgh earned a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology from 2003 to 2008. Björn later pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Material Science at the same university from 2009 to 2013.
