Lenord TenHoeve is an experienced professional in the hospitality and engineering industries, currently serving as the General Manager for The Culinary Creative Group since 2024. Prior to this role, Lenord held the position of General Manager at Bad Daddy's Burger Bar from August 2013 to April 2024, and served as Assistant Store Manager Operations at Buffalo Wild Wings from August 2012 to August 2013. Lenord's career began in engineering, where an Electrical Engineer role at Directed Energy Technologies from February 2009 to August 2013 involved the development of defense weapons for the Army. Lenord holds a Bachelor of Education (BEd) from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2012 and 2014, and studied at Germanna Community College from 2009 to 2011.

Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar started in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2007 and has grown to South Carolina, Colorado, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama. Bad Daddy's Burger Bar is a full service, upscale, "small box" restaurant concept featuring a high energy atmosphere that appeals to a broad consumer base. Now based in Denver, Colorado, Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar is looking forward to expanding to more locations.
