Sekar Indah Maharani

Sekar Indah Maharani currently serves as a Pengawas Farmasi dan Makanan Ahli Pertama in the Directorate of Standardization of Processed Food at BADAN PENGAWAS OBAT DAN MAKANAN, focusing on the evaluation and standardization of food safety and packaging materials since March 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Product Quality Control Analyst at Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk from March 2017 to February 2019, and a research internship at the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT) in 2016, where Sekar Indah Maharani studied pregelatination processes for sago noodles. Additional roles include a laboratory assistant in food sensory evaluation and chemistry at IPB University and involvement in the Food Science and Technology Department's student organization. Sekar Indah Maharani earned a degree from IPB University from 2012 to 2016 after completing secondary education at SMAN 2 Kota Tangerang Selatan from 2010 to 2012.
