Shofy Permata Surya

Shofy Permata Surya currently serves as a Halal Auditor at EQuitrust Lab since November 2023 and holds the position of Food & Drug Extension Analyst at BADAN PENGAWAS OBAT DAN MAKANAN since September 2022. Previously, Shofy worked as a Laboratory Assistant at the Laboratory of Food Microbiology Pasundan University from October 2019 to January 2022, providing guidance to students in various food microbiology practicums. Additionally, Shofy briefly worked in quality control at PT. RIYANA CIPTA PANGAN INDONESIA in September 2020, focusing on identifying quality issues in manufactured products. Shofy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Universitas Pasundan in December 2021.
