Zofia Ciechowska

Zofia Ciechowska currently serves as the Vice President of People Strategy at Etsy, overseeing HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, DEI, Learning, and Talent Enablement teams. Prior experience includes leadership roles in Strategy and Operations at Etsy and Senior Director at Primary Venture Partners, where Zofia supported founders through operational challenges. Zofia was a First Movers Fellow at The Aspen Institute and previously held key positions at Spotify, IDEO, Undercurrent, Made by Many, Tate, Protei, and The London Film School. Zofia's education includes a Master of Arts in Digital Humanities from UCL and a Bachelor of Arts in Language and Culture from UCL, supplemented by an Erasmus Exchange Programme at the University of Amsterdam.
