Jelena Novak

Jelena Novak is a professional in the field of food technology and biotechnology, currently serving as a Technologist at Badel 1862 since March 2022. Previous experience includes a role as Medical Associate at Nastavni zavod za javno zdravstvo dr. Andrija Štampar from September 2020 to January 2022, and as a Dietary Supplements Advisor at Mondopharm from January 2020 to July 2020. Early career development involved a student internship at PLIVA in September 2019. Jelena holds a Master's degree in Food Engineering, obtained in 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, awarded in 2018, both from the University of Zagreb Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology.
