Pavel Schastov has accumulated diverse experience in various roles, currently serving as Product Owner for the Customer Success Crew at badenIT GmbH since May 2022. Prior to this, Pavel worked as an IT-Service / Account Manager and held a position as an external Software Developer at ARBURG GmbH + Co KG, where responsibilities included the conceptualization and development of an Augmented Reality app using Swift. Pavel has also provided support in product and market management for the Instrumentation Division at Testo SE & Co. KGaA and interned in the HVAC/R Business Unit. Early career experience includes a sales position at TEDi. Educationally, Pavel holds a Master of Science in Business Application Architectures from Hochschule Furtwangen, along with a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik, and is pursuing further studies in software architectures at the same institution.
