Luca Tafani is an accomplished professional in the fields of Information Technology and Digital recruitment, with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Practice Leader and Manager at LHH and as Practice Leader for Information Technology and Digital at Badenoch + Clark since September 2022, Luca has been with Spring Professional since November 2016, where notable roles included Manager and HR Senior Consultant.
